1. Medical & Wellness Disclaimer

The audio tonalities, soundscapes, frequencies, and all content in the App are provided solely for entertainment, relaxation, meditation, and general wellness purposes.

THE APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, TREATMENT, OR THERAPY. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or psychological disorder.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Frequency Files does not provide medical, psychological, or health advice.
• You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the App if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, have epilepsy, suffer from migraines, seizures, or any other health concern.
• Use of the App is at your own risk. Results are not guaranteed.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and its content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Use the App while driving or operating machinery
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your App Store account.
• All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not store full payment information.
• Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google according to their policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All audio files, tonalities, branding, and content are the exclusive property of Frequency Files or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Violates applicable laws
• Interferes with the App's operation
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREQUENCY FILES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
